I wish to go to Australia

Ben06Ben is an adventurous 11-year-old with a heart full of dreams to travel and see the world. On August 4th, his wish to go to Australia with his family came true.

Ben and his family were taken to the airport by limousine and departed on their week-long vacation. He started off his trip sightseeing around Australia and visiting zoos. Ben was also able to see many animals he has never seen before, such as kangaroos. He even got to hold a koala bear! Ben and his family also had the chance to visit northern Australia and snorkel in the Great Barrier Reef.

One of the most breathtaking moments during the vacation was having a private tour of the Sydney Opera House. Ben’s father John exclaimed, “It was absolutely amazing, we all loved it! We all agreed it was that tour that made the trip.” Because they had a private tour, Ben and his family not only learned about the history of the Opera House, but were able to sit in on rehearsals, which they described as “really cool!”

Ben and his family are so thankful to everyone involved for the incredible opportunity to experience part of the world in such a magical way. Ben’s dad shared with us that they were able to experience things they have never been able to do before. John explained that Ben has so many dreams and desires, and “for that to come true for him, we are all extremely appreciative.”
